    What does your role entail?

    I handle the intake of new patients joining our service at Reliable Diabetes Care. My role involves coordinating with both patients and doctors to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

    What do you like most about Reliable?

    I love working at Reliable because we truly care about our patients. It is so important to communicate the process of receiving supplies, which is a value our company takes pride in. I enjoy working on complex orders and ensuring our customers are taken care of with the highest level of service.

    What does your role entail?

    I work closely with our provider office partners to guide and support them. By fostering strong communication and coordination, I help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both providers and patients.

    The entire team is incredibly supportive, always willing to offer assistance and share their knowledge. They create a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged, ensuring that everyone has the guidance they need to succeed.

    My role involves processing and filling patient orders while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. I also handle communication with patients and providers. This includes verifying coverage, addressing concerns, and providing updates to ensure a smooth experience.

    I enjoy working at Reliable because of the great team we have on staff. We all support each other which makes showing up every day enjoyable. It's very rewarding to assist people and make an impact in our community.

    What does your role entail?

    I support the Diabetes Resupply Customer Service phone team by assisting with their daily operations and responsibilities. Additionally, I help the department optimize efficiency while ensuring patients receive the highest quality of service.

    What do you like most about Reliable?

    I love helping our patients and getting them their supplies quickly, and I also love working with the amazing Reliable team!

    What does your role entail?

    I support our Diabetes Customer Service phone queue, representing Reliable in initial patient interactions and shaping their experience. As a senior representative, I also assist with team projects and serve as a resource for colleagues on products and processes.

    I love Reliable's open, supportive environment, where I feel comfortable asking questions. Taking the extra time to help patients is always worthwhile, and Reliable empowers us to provide the best care, setting us apart from other DME providers.
